I got the double cheeseburger special. The fries were good and crisp. Tea was good too. When I ordered mustard, chili, and slaw on the burger the girl taking the order informed me that there was an additional charge for chili and slaw which I really appreciated.

Great food. Foot long hotdogs are the best. Burgers taste like they came off the back yard grill. Only reason for 4 stars is that it is awfully warm in there during the spring and summer. Update! Chars has installed a new cooling and heating system. It is cool in summer and warm in winter. New rating is 5 star. Final edit: Went up on prices again. Can't be to run the a.c. because it is steamy in there again. Young girls working there have bad attitudes. Been eating there for years but think I won't be back.

The food was great!! The customer service on the other hand not so much, they are rude and get attitude with alot of customer's. If they would fix that then it would definitely be 5 stars

One of the best fast food burger places Ive been to. Char's is easily better than Five Guys. Great prices, real ingredients on the burgers. The fries are a little soft, but not in a bad way they just melt in your mouth and aren't overly salted. Milk shakes are on point the Banna actually tastes like banana and not some fake flavoring. 10/10

Amazing food! Delicious and very good prices. The black cherry milkshake was great as was the hotdog and burger. Old fashioned place makes you feel at home.
